I`m currently using a 59 with alnico 8 in the neck in my les paul custom. While My Duncan Custom with alnico 8 in the bridge sounds killer, the neck pickup isn`t cutting enough ..It has too much of that typical round les paul sound in the neck that I don`t like. I would like a more cutting neck...

Hi! I`m looking for a neck pickup for my 1980 LPC that can be splitted, with lots of pick attack. I will be using either the Duncan JB or the Smits EBS-8 in bridge. Basically I`m looking for a punchier sound in my LPC. :)

Will there be any issues with installing a TB-4 in my LPC ? What´s the difference between a SH-4 and a TB-4 ? Bought the pickup on ebay, thought I was suppose to get the SH-4.. Thanks !!

Hi! I´ve got an SH-5 in my Les Paul Custom. Sounds good, but I would like more high mids and crunch, and less bass while keeping things tight and punchy. (More like a JB but with a tighter low end) Which alnico magnet would give me that sound ? Thanks :)
