The copies that Greg builds feature original bodies so it's not really a guitar you can just order. Original Standards are up to about $2500 right now. You best bet it to talk to Kevin at EGC or the TB Board.

Right now my favorite guitar is my 2000 R9. Bought her only a couple months ago and I can't put her down. I do want to replace the '57 Classics soon, however.

1960 Hofner V3, I love it and my Belman equally, but this thing is just kind of cool imo. Has a story to tell.

Some beautiful guitars in this thread, but I gotta join the crowd on this one. Cool retro look. I gotta believe that the tremolo was designed by someone who just saw a valve cover removed from a Harley for the first time.

Edit: btw - Is it considered "retro" if it was designed that way originally? Hmmm . . .

As for my LAST of my Couldn't live without Guitars,
(always save the best for last), here's my quite rare Atilla Balough Odessy Guitar!!,

3 piece maple neck-thru, Ash Wings,
USA 24k Gold plated Grover Imperials,
Leo-Quan Badass Bridge/w Fine tuner addition,
ALL brass hardware, from the hand-machined backplate/pickup surrounds/nut/truss rod cover/knobs/strap buttons(they're HUGE), to the screws for god sakes!
currently got a SD '59/DDJ with coil-tap, and a phase 4 the bridge pu
real tight axe with a noice rounded neck profile.
thats my baby,...i'd literally cry if she ever went missing:no:

My Red Cedar Crossley Special, Hipshot floating trem, locking sperzels, One piece maple neck with Lignum Vitae fretboard. SD's Pearly Gates in the Neck, Screamin Demon in the bridge. sounds like a train to hell on speed.
