What the heck is this?

Found this thing on craigslist and am just curious as to what it might be. It's sorta strat shaped but has a top loader, humbucker sized tele bridge. Figured you titans of knowledge might know what this thing is. Seller does not know anything about it and only posted two crappy pics.

That is an S. E. P. (Somebody Else's Project.) It could even originally have been two different guitars. Hence, your thread title is entirely appropriate.

The proportions of the body remind me of the Eighties Fender (and, later, Squier) Bullet. The neck is a generic Fender copy. The T style bridge is clearly not original.
